Leave. Ha ha, just kidding… but not really. Unless you enjoy going to the gym, you can stop doing that. In the beginning clients will generally try to maintain their gym routines in addition to the kettlebell training, but they usually give up on the gym as it becomes apparent that it doesn’t even come close to the kettlebells in terms of intensity and results.
