FAQ > Personal Training and Group Classes > When we're training and you ask if I'm ready, does it matter what I say?
Not really. It’s more of a rhetorical question. You could say ‘ham sandwich’ and I’ll still tell you to start doing swings. However, don’t confuse this with my not caring about the state you are in. I have been doing this a long time, and I have learned how to read people and the vast majority of the time I will be able to tell when you are reaching your limits. In fact, I’ll probably pull you back before you would yourself.
You primarily need to watch out for light headedness and any tightening of the lower back. This rarely happens after the first session or two, but if you should feel one of these or anything out of the ordinary, let me know immedeately.
