DMT is a method established by Jordan Vezina of Average To Elite Performance. Over the course of 11 years of working an average of 40 hours a week with clients in Silicon Valley, Jordan observed many trends in the dysfunction his clients presented with, as well as the common threads in the different technqiues that caused improvements. DMT is a method anyone can employ using whatever suite of corrective exercises/ drills they already use. This method is supported by Six Pillars.

FUEL AND FATIGUE
