The group class format utilizes basic kettlebell movements such as the Swing and Turkish Get Up along with simple bodyweight exercises for a fun and challenging workout that will allow you to work your cardio, build strength, and burn fat all at once. You will also be able to apply what you learn in the classes to your own workouts at home.
