Form Evaluation Via Youtube
We all know that if using kettlebells with improper form doesn't outirght injure you it will at the least slow your progress by months if not years. I have evaluated hundreds of trainees in person and several dozen more online via youtube. I know what to look for and more importantly what to say to insure you get the point and understand how to correct it. How this works is that you upload video of your selected six movements, preferably views from the front and the side.
