WHO ARE WE?

  Average To Elite Performance is powered by the husband and wife team of Emily and Jordan Vezina! Jordan started Average To Elite in 2006 and when he met Emily (A trainer and nutritionist) in 2014 it was the perfect match! Since then Jordan and Emily have been developing a synergistic method of optimizing mobility, strength, conditioning and nutrition to create dramatic change for their clients by slowly developing new habits. It’s not enough to just get strong and lose some bodyfat, you should have fun doing it and make sure you don’t pick up any aches or pains along the way! We focus on actually improving your body’s movement quality and we use low risk/ high rate of return tools like bodyweight, TRX and Kettlebells. The Average To Elite Method will do more than just “get you in shape”, it will create a sustainable life change.

ALL CLIENTS RECEIVE COMPLIMENTARY ACCESS TO OUR MEMBERSHIP SECTION WHERE YOU WILL FIND VIDEOS ON MOBILITY, EXERCISE AND NUTRITION TO HELP GUIDE YOU ON YOUR JOURNEY.

FREQUENCY

WE TRAIN CLIENTS AT A MINIMUM OF 2X PER WEEK. THROUGH EXPERIENCE WE HAVE FOUND THAT OUR CLIENTS MAKE THE MOST PROGRESS TRANING AT THIS FREQUENCY ALONG WITH DETAILED HOMEWORK.

PRIVATE STUDIO

FOR OUR PROCESS TO WORK, WE HAVE FOUND A PRIVATE OR SEMI-PRIVATE STUDIO SETTING TO BE BEST. WE TRAIN IN A PRIVATE, 800 SQUARE FOOT STUDIO WHERE YOU WILL GET THE ATTENTION YOU DESERVE.
