HOW DOES OUR METHOD WORK?
Our method may be unlike anything you have experienced working with a trainer before. How so? Follow along and let’s find out.
This is the first, and possibly most important step in our process. To get you where you want to be, we need to know where you’ve been. By collecting a good history and using a detailed series of assessments we avoid a lot of problems and give you the best experience possible.
Through trial and error we have found that our clients make optimal progress training at a minimum of 2x per week. Our process is as much about learning as it is about exercise, and this frequency allows us to ensure that you are getting the most out of your investment.
You may have thought you left homework behind when you finished school, but we understand that you need a lot of input to create change. To facilitate this we use an online platform to set up home workouts to help keep you on track even when you’re not in the studio.
In addition to running our own studio we are also consultants for other trainers who want to improve their business. Your session will always start on time, we always reply quickly to messages and we focus on providing an optimal training experience.
