Personal Training
Personal Training is conducted on an individual basis at ‘Girya Kettlebell Training’ located at 136 Hamilton Avenue in Palo Alto, CA. All training is private or semi-private. This means you are not in a gym with a bunch of other members and trainers waiting your turn for equipment.
All training begins with a few tests from the Functional Movement Screen as well as a baseline strength assessment. This is important so that we know what current or potential issues need to be addressed in your training. The idea is to detect any 'bombs in your house' that may be waiting to go off, so that we can defuse them.
Included with your training are home workouts that you can perform in-between sessions, to ensure you progress as efficiently as possible.
The first session is complimentary so that you can decide if we are a good fit and if the method of training is right for you. The exception to this is if you are only coming in for one or two sessions for form correction.
