Emily has her degree in comprehensive nutrition as well as her level 2 certification from Precision Nutrition. Since starting as a nutritionist and personal trainer Emily has developed a specialization in pre and post-natal nutrition and training.
During her own pregnancy Emily was able to apply her knowledge in a way that made the process as smooth as it could be and culminated in ninety minutes of labor and a six minute delivery.
While Emily can't necessarily promise that same result, she has decveloped a track record with her pre postnatal clients of successfully trouble shooting common problems in pregnancy as well as the a=ensuing recovery.
Jordan is a Z-Health Master Trainer with an extensive background in strength and conditioning, mobility, nutrition and behavior change. Throughout his career Jordan could be found on a field teaching kettlebells to dozens of personal trainers or in a cadaver dissection lab with a scalpel in his hand.
Jordan's journey has been about much more than just giving people workouts or creating temporary change based on often arbitrary goals. This has meant attaining a higher level or training for himself so that he can help clients clearly define their own goals and reach them in a sustainable manner.

Our method is not for everyone. We get that. That's why we only work with a very specific clientele who are ready to make a significant investment in improving their health, fitness and happiness. We understand that some people are on a budget, but we are not budget trainers. We pour everything we have into our education and delivering an optimum client experience, but we expect the same in return. Remember, you get what you give.
If we decide to work together you will be working with both Jordan and Emily. Jordan covers improving mobility as well as exercise and Emily covers nutrition. Both Jordan and Emily are highly proficient in coaching habit change, as that is the most important element in this entire equation. If doesn't matter how good an exercise program or nutrition plan is if you can't do it.
