Who is Emily Vezina?
“My journey started as a teenager when I had to go through this process myself, and lost one hundred pounds! Right then, I understood what a life changing event it was and wanted to help others do the same. I went on to become a Division One rower at Syracuse University. I then earned my degree in comprehensive nutrition, and completed the Precision Nutrition Level One and Level Two programs. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all meal plans, starvation diets or fads. None of those are sustainable. Together we’re going to find out what is right for you and develop a roadmap to success!”

Emily’s approach to training emphasizes movement quality first, followed by an appropriate level of intensity to elicit change. Exercise should be about learning to feel better in your body, and making sure that you do not have any lurking movement or flexibility problems is an essential part of that.
