Jordan Vezina

Jordan is a former United States Marine and the owner of Average To Elite Performance in Palo Alto, California. Jordan has accumulated over 25,000 hours working with clients in Silicon Valley and has developed cutting edge training and nutrition tactics that can get you moving forward again at any age!

Yes. This is not an AI generated program like much of what is currently on the market. You will be working one-on-one with Jordan to develop your program.

Yes. Whenever you have a question you can message Jordan through the app and expect a timely response.

All of the exercises in your program will come with detailed tutorials. Your program will also be designed to accommodate your skill level.

Every training package comes with a nutrition consultation and guidelines for both macronutrient and calorie intake. I generally recommend a low carbohydrate or ketogenic diet as I have found them to be the most effective.
